Lynne Dee Althouse
Lynne Dee is a principal scientist with the consulting firm Althouse and Meade. She has extensive experience regarding the flora of central and coastal California, including the Carrizo Plain.
Anne is the Water Quality Services Lab Manager for the City of San Luis Obispo. Anne has been visiting the Carrizo since the mid 1980’s and is a Carrizo Plain landowner.
Doug is a retired business executive active in conservation. Doug served as the Compliance Ombudsperson to implement settlements with Topaz Solar Farms and California Valley Solar Ranch.
Neil is the retired Natural Resources Manager of the City of San Luis Obispo and was involved in the formation of the Carrizo Plain National Monument. Neil served on the Monument Advisory Committee for 11 years and continues to serve on the board of Friends of the Carrizo Plain.
Dorothy served on the Templeton Area Advisory Group for 14 years. She also served on the County Parks Commission and now serves on the County Trails Advisory Committee.
Herb is a local attorney who served on the Land Conservancy of San Luis Obispo County Board of Directors as well as with a land conservancy in Southern California.
Steph is Watershed Projects Manager for Central Coast Salmon Enhancement and served as an independent biological monitor for both of the solar plants on the Carrizo.
